Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Convehi Travel S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency"), including all services and products offered by the Agency. By accessing or using the Agency's website, booking services, or engaging with the Agency in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the services provided by the Agency.

The Agency provides travel planning and booking services. Customers are required to fill out a form detailing their travel preferences, after which a travel agent employed by the Agency will be assigned to the customer.

Once a travel agent is assigned, the customer is required to pay a non-refundable fee of 3% of the total budget provided in the form. This fee covers the initial consultation and travel planning services. If the travel is cancelled, this fee is retained by the travel agent for the time invested. Once the customer validates and accepts the travel itinerary, they are then required to pay the full amount of the travel package.

Payment for travel services is divided into two parts: the initial 3% fee paid upon assignment of a travel agent, and the full amount of the travel package paid upon acceptance of the itinerary. Payment is required in full before any bookings are confirmed. The Agency accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods. All prices quoted are in Euro (EUR) and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel services booked. Customers are advised to review the specific cancellation policies applicable to their bookings before confirming. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.

Customers are required to upload necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, to the Agency's secure servers. This ensures that the travel agent has access to the required documents to confirm the travel arrangements.

The Agency acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information, content, materials, products, or services provided by third-party travel service providers.

All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, used on the Agency's website or in promotional materials, is the property of the Agency or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Agency's website. Customers are advised to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.
